Ginny Fahs is a software engineer and social entrepreneur committed to making technology’s next chapter more human and inclusive. She is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of #MovingForward: a global social movement working with VC firms in 21 countries to address harassment and discrimination in venture capital. Over 135 firms have joined #MovingForward, including a16z, Sequoia, Greylock, Softbank, Y Combinator, GV and others. She currently works as a Tech Policy Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
